commission terms of service
By commissioning me (the artist), you (the client) state that you have read, understood, and accept and agree to these Terms of Service:
- You acknowledge that you will be receiving a digital good, no physical product will be delivered- You acknowledge that artwork takes time and completion may be affected by life and/or other events- Work In Progress will only be given if the commissioner personally asks for it. Additionally, WIPs might be given if I have questions or feedback about the commission- You will provide me with the payment upfront- You will provide me with at least 2 clear visual references, text description is allowed as long as it is thorough, detailed and HTML hex color code palette is provided- Changes may be made throughout the sketching process for free, after finalization you will have to pay a revision fee- If your design has elements that are deemed "complicated", you will be notified and an upcharge fee will be applied- When paying in USD, you must provide me with your PayPal email or Venmo ID so I may invoice you- I own the rights to the artwork produced. The illustrations cannot be resold nor altered. Illustrations cannot be bought nor sold for cryptocurrency/NFT.- My work will NOT be used to train AI in ANY present or future projects in any capacity- If you want to publicize the art you have commissioned from me, you must credit at least one of my socials alongside a disclaimer that it is not your work ("art by latteakitten" will suffice)- My art is for personal use ONLY, it is NOT for commercial use- I reserve the right to post artwork purchased from me however and wherever I want- I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, no refunds allowed- If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the illustration will be retracted or a cease & desist- If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. You will be blacklisted and may never purchase anything from me ever again.- If you are blacklisted, your name will be posted to the public as a warning to and for others. I reserve the rights to the money you have given me.

When purchasing an adopt from me (the artist), you (the buyer) state that you have read, understood, and accept and agree to these Terms of Service:
- You acknowledge that you will be receiving a digital good, no physical product will be delivered- You will provide me with the payment upfront- Only minor changes may be made to the design to maintain the main features of the adopt, however alterations may not be made to the original design or artwork- When paying in USD, you must provide me with your PayPal email or Venmo ID so I may invoice you or make a payment through ko-fi- You may not trade or resell the purchased adopt design- I retain all legal rights to my designs. For this reason, my adopts are for non-commercial use ONLY- I own the rights to the artwork produced. The illustrations cannot be resold nor altered. Illustrations cannot be bought nor sold for cryptocurrency/NFT- My work will NOT be used to train AI in ANY present or future projects in any capacity- If you want to publicize the art you have purchased from me, you must credit at least one of my socials alongside a disclaimer that it is not your work ("art by latteakitten" will suffice)- You may not claim to be the creator of the design, only the owner of the character- I reserve the right to post artwork purchased from me however and wherever I want- I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, no refunds allowed- If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the illustration will be retracted or a cease & desist- If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
